CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations must be made 24 hours before appointment, This gives me time to fill that appointment time. • If you cancel your appointment outside that 24hour window without proper communication I will charge your card 30% of the service you were scheduled for as this is industry standard and protects my time. • I will allow you to cancel outside that 24 hours twice before you are no longer allowed to schedule with me • I do know things come up such as childcare( kids are always welcome) sickness, emergencies etc. communication is key! SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS POLICY All same day appointments must pay the $20 deposit & they’re will be an extra $40 charge IF I decide to accept the appointment.
